The Story Of My Lux Life

I recollect memories of getting high and much high on Lux products and their attractive commercials when I was young and all I wanted was a big bath tub just like those models, with roses and lavenders floating and I, enjoying a 3-hour shower, all alone in that room enjoying the fragrance around me !!

Sadly, that was just a commercial. And I, am not a model. Haha! Ever since I have started understanding scents and shower gels, texture and consistency, french roses and orchids, I have been in love with Lux and their wide range of beauty soap bars, bath additives and hair care products, that they specialise in.
Today, ruling the world with their magic of fragrances for over 8 decades in countries like India, Pakistan, Brazil, Thailand (to name a few) and Singapore, being its headquarter, it has emerged as the highly demanding bath additive brand in the Indian market now. Isn't that amazing?

And why shouldn't they?

Lux has always been so consistent with their range of products, experimenting with fragrances to fulfill their customer choice and meeting their expectations for so many years now. It has always touched people's lives personally and has kept every customer choice, a a promise to fulfill them. I have always enjoyed watching those beautiful commercials (as said before) and banners hanged above buildings across the city. And even today, watching them, makes me happy.

This post is in collaboration with Lux. They have sent me two body washes in different fragrances and a happy note packed in a violet paper bag which has been packed beautifully to reach my doorstep all the way from Singapore. They have asked me to try them and write about the story of my lux life. Keeping this platform as positive as I can, I would like to talk few things about my experiences with these products.

The first product is Lux moisturizing body wash in Soft Touch with Silk Essence and French Rose Infusion. The fragrance is mild and produces a fluffy quick lather as soon as it comes in contact with water. It gives a very fresh feel to the body and makes the skin look smooth and beautiful, after the shower. The scent though, is too mild to stay for a longer period of time.

The second product is Lux fragranced body wash in Magical Spell with Fragrance Pearls of Black Orchids and Juniper Oil. The fragrance is so much stronger, compared to the former. It forms a quick lather, feels so strong in the room as the fragrance is very much sweet and long lasting, best suited for Indian weather. The fragrance lingers for a very long period of time after the shower, making the skin feeling rejuvinated and beautiful.

What I loved about both the products is the packaging which is too much attractive. The container itself gives a clear idea of what choice of fragrance you must have been looking for. Both the products are super amazing and I highly recommend them to everyone who has been following Lux and also to those, who have not. I am sure you all would love it. :)
